Massage is an old and trusted method to alleviate pain and to relax the muscles. Its positive effects can be both physical and mental.
We provide a sheer inexhaustible number of types of massage; relaxation massage, sport massage, hot stone massage, chair massage etc. etc.
A well-executed massage will usually consist of a combination of stroking, rubbing, squeezing, patting and kneading. It promotes blood circulation and encourages the drainage of waste products. A vigorous massage strengthens and provides enduring relaxation. A massage will often make people feel better: they become more assertive and more in contact with their body and feelings.
Massage is offered as part of physiotherapy but can also be provided as a standalone treatment by our resident masseuse.
